We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations:
Unless your order has already been dispatched. In that case please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details:
DIGITAL ITEMS:
It is the responsibility of the customer to preview and read the product description carefully before purchasing. Customers' are also responsible for making sure that they include the correct spelling and correct information in the notes to feature in their digital print. Quote Lovin' will not be held accountable for mistakes made by the customer. This will incur additional charges to correct the mistake. Customers have to make sure they are 100% happy with the item before purchasing, therefore all sales are final and refunds are not available.
I will however do my best to solve any issues if there is any. Customized prints are previewed by customer before purchase - so the responsibility is on the customer to make sure they are happy with the custom digital prints before purchasing it and finalizing the sales.
PHYSICAL ITEMS:
If you are unhappy with your physical item purchase please contact us prior to leaving a negative review. It is very important for us to give you a great purchase experience and we would like to work with you on your purchase if you are unsatisfied. However, please be aware of the following. We are not held liable if you do not read any of my product information in the description including processing time of orders of the items before purchasing.
No cancellations, returns or exchanges can be accepted if it does not meet the requirements stipulated above. We are also not responsible for address changes or including an incorrect address. If an item is returned because of an incorrect address, we will resend it to you after you have paid for the new shipping.
If any product is damaged while in route to you, we will replace the product or refund your money, but you will need to contact us no later than 48 hours after the product has arrived at your doorstep.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for replacement.
