Return and Refund policy
If you are unhappy with any of your purchased items, please email us on email@example.com to discuss the issue. We will do our best to correct the problem or else arrange for you to return it. Returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt of order and items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Items on sale cannot be returned. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item is faulty.
If any product is damaged while in route to you, we will replace the product or refund your money, but you will need to contact us no later than 48 hours after the product has arrived at your doorstep.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for replacement.
We are also not responsible for address changes or including an incorrect address. If an item is returned because of an incorrect address, we will resend it to you after you have paid for the new shipping.
